Dear Jungle Red Community,
Summer is upon us and as everyone ramps up to take that long awaited vacation, we want to extend a huge thank you for returning to Jungle Red.
A lot of you have held out, and we are seeing you for the first time in over a year! As stylists, we have never had so much fresh new canvas to work on, and we are thrilled to help renew everyone as we head towards better days.
One thing we’ve learned from a pandemic is that things can change like the weather, and as a business, we are also learning daily, the best way to navigate this. Listed below are some changes and reminders to help you with your next visit into the salon.
The CDC has recently informed us that fully vaccinated people can go mask less inside or outside while around other fully vaccinated people. And as exciting as this is, we will continue to follow our Covid protocol until further notice.
-For the safety of everyone, we are going to continue to ask you to wear a mask during your entire visit to Jungle Red.
-Due to the current high demand, wait time for appointments are longer then usual. For some stylists, wait time can be up to 5 weeks for availability. Pre booking is always a guarantee to get the appointment that you want and is recommended. We do have a cancellation list that we can put you on, and these availabilities can happen. Thank you for your patience!
-Last minute rescheduling may not result in an immediate new appointment. This is due to the high demand and lack of availability. We will do our best to accommodate you.
-Our cancellation policy has now returned. We know emergencies happen, but last minute cancellations result in lost income to stylists. Please give 24 hours notice for haircut appointments and 48 hours for any color appointments. Without proper notice, a fee of $50 will be added to your next appointment.
-Please be on time, but not too early. Our schedule is tight these days, and we need all the time we have to provide you with a quality service. Running late can cause a stylist to run behind for the rest of the day. If you are too early, we may not have a place for you to wait. We know this balance can be challenging, but we appreciate your help in this matter.
-Yes you can use cash to pay for services, product and gratuity. However, we no longer have cash on the premises and do not have change to give you. If you choose to use cash, please have the correct amount.
